Preferred Homes and Properties is located in the Western Catskills of Sullivan County, New York. Our office is located on NYS Route 52 in the small village of Youngsville, New York.
Youngsville is centrally located to other small villages in the Catskills such as Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Narrowsburg, Roscoe, Kenoza Lake, Bethel (home of the 1969 Woodstock concert and site of the new performing arts center), Livingston Manor, White Lake and Barryville.
We are roughly two hours and fifteen minutes northwest of Manhattan with easy access off of New York Route 17 at Liberty, New York - Exit 100. From Liberty, simply drive less than 15 miles on New York State 52 West to our office.
Our office belongs to the Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service which has access to a database of listings which gets updated online every day to suit your needs whether it be vacant land, farmhouses, commercial property or residential homes.
Directions from New York City and New Jersey:
New Jersey Route 17 North to New York State Thruway (I-87) North.
Continue on the NYS Thruway until EXIT 16 (New York Route 17 - Harriman, New York).
Onto NY Route 17 West to EXIT 100 - Liberty, New York.
Go through the town of Liberty and follows signs to New York State Route 52 West.
Continue on NYS 52 West for about 15 miles until you see sign for Youngsville.
Our office is the burgundy Victorian house on your left hand side of the road.
